La Pollera Colora, London

This weekend was simply super nice. On Friday, we went to The Corner Shop in Shoreditch, and just enjoyed the amazing food and music (plus free entry and chill atmosphere) there. Then Saturday I tried to study a bit of the political system of Iran, because I have like six exams coming up and revising is always encouraged beforehand. However, due to national marking boycott, well, let's just say that I don't feel really motivated.
Anyways, in the evening I got a text from a friend asking to join to go and dance Salsa by London Bridge. I had just taken a shower and was ready to bed, but then thought, what the heck, might as well go and discover something new in the town. And the place was amazing! Similar to the Cuban in Camden, but with two floors, and soooo many people dancing with pretty dresses, heels and amazing rhythm in their blood! Made me almost wish I was South American and not Middle-Eastern, haha. That didn't stop me though, I was dancing (or trying to) Salsa, Cha Cha Cha and Rumba like it was nothing, haha.
The place was called La Pollera Colora, entry is 8 pounds for ladies after 11, and you can access there easily by getting off by London Bridge. Don't get confused though, by the door it says Peruvian Restaurant, but the nightclub is right next to it. Viva La Vida Loca!
